 Hi! We are off to a great start!  We are blessed to have many friends in cool places .... and we are stopping in to say "hi" along the way! First stop - Rockwall, TX to visit our dear friends (and former neighbors) Robert & Julie.  We had a great time hanging out and even enjoyed a Def Leppard tribute band concert on the lake.   Next stop Rogers, AK to see a "flop house" alumni - Cam and her husband Isidro - it was so great to see them in their lovely house.  Cam cooked a wonderful dinner and then we went out for some ice cream!  Farmers Market and breakfast in the morning and we were on our way! My cousins Butch and Justin live about 3 hours away from us near Goliad, TX but we drove all the way to Lebanon, MO to catch up with them at a PowWow!.  Justin is in Indian regalia - he danced with the local tribe at the event!  Super fun to catch up to them! Finally - we made it to St. Louis in time for church Saturday night.  Pastor Steve...

 Hello again! We are getting ready to head out tomorrow on another epic road trip!  We will be blogging along the way of course so watch this space for periodic updates. Here is our rough itinerary: Houston Rockwall, TX   Rogers, AR St. Louis, MO  Chicago, IL Green Bay, WI  Boscobel, WI Alexandria, MN  Grand Marais, MN on the North Shore of Lake Superior Upper Peninsula - "the U.P." that part of Michigan that looks like it should belong to Wisconsin. Sault St. Marie - the Soo Locks Mackinac Island Hessel, MI - Le Cheaunx Islands Traverse City, MI  Frankenmuth, MI  Detroit, MI  Union City, MI   Cleveland, OH  Canton, OH  Columbus, OH  Indianapolis, IN  Nashville, TN  Home.
